INDO SUPER POWER 90 packaged emulsion explosive is a
robust, high strength, detonator sensitive explosive having a
firm putty-like consistency. Products are sensitized through
chemical gassing. This new generation explosives are
characterized by high degree of intimacy between oxidizers and
fuels in the composition which leads to high VOD and optimum
strength.
Detonating Fuse – Indo Cord
IGIL manufactures wide variety of core loads (S5gm/m to 80gm/m) which are
strong, flexible and light weight, comprising an explosive core of PETN contained
within a spiral of tape, plastic sheathing and natural or synthetic fibres and over
extruded with PVC to provide abrasion resistance and waterproofness
Indo Gulf Detonators
Detonators manufactured at IGIL are a brand for environmentally friendly,
sustainable initiation systems products. It consists of Aluminum shells filled with
desired quantity of base charge like PETN and primary charge like AA Mixtures. The
base charge (PETN) is claimed to be sensitive to the shock waves which are generated
by the primaries (AA mixture), which are in turn sensitive to the flame.
Non-Electric Detonators - Indo Super Det
NONEL consists of Soft tubes with delay detonator, the inner tube is filled with an
explosive’s composition (HMX+Aluminium), end of the tube is hot sealed to ensure
Waterproof and the other end is crimped to the detonator. NONEL is used for surface
blasting, quarrying and trenching and under-water blasting. The unique design of
bunch connector facilities interfacing with a detonator.
Indo Boost
INDO BOOST Cast boosters, a mix of PETN and TNT, are reliably initiated by
detonators or by detonating cords containing at least 5.0 g/m PETN. These boosters
have been specifically designed to provide reliable initiation of pumped, augered and
packaged explosives
IGIL Explosives - PETN
Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate (PETN) is an explosive compound obtained
by nitration of Pentaerythritol with concentrated Nitric Acid. It is in the
form of white crystalline powder insoluble in water but highly soluble in
Acetone.
